🐾 For today’s Success Saturday, let’s celebrate Dyson! 🐾
Dyson was rescued in 2023 and started early training at home. Life with his fur mom—who works remotely—meant he was rarely alone, but real challenges started to show as he grew.
Vet visits were stressful, walks were chaotic, and his reactivity made outings tough. He pulled on the leash, barked at strangers, and even knocked over a family member. At home, he was overexcited—jumping, licking, yipping, and even piddling when greeting his people. He barked at anyone passing by and couldn’t have anything left in his crate due to chewing.
✨ The turning point came when Dyson began training with Lead the Way in July 2024.
With consistent support, he’s made amazing progress—building stronger crate skills, mastering “Touch,” and slowly improving with “Watch.” His training gave him structure, and now he’s starting to feel more in control.
💛 Today, Dyson continues to grow.
He recently completed his training program and now joins pack walks and playdates to practice staying calm in more stimulating environments. While the outside world can still be overwhelming, Dyson is learning how to handle it—one step at a time.
We’re so proud of how far he’s come. Progress like this reminds us that success is built on patience, trust, and showing up each day.
Way to go, Dyson!
